The WORST Spa i have ever been to. I had a half day package costing R950. My hotstone massage the therapist used stones for about 2mins. My facial she just cleansed the face i could have done that at home and put a mask on. My manicure and pedicure look like the dogs breakfast my 7 year old niece could have done a better job! The sensory tea u just left in a room for 30-40 mins no service! I most definatley do not recommend going there. As a therapist myself i am disgusted! The therapists walk around with long faces like they hate their job! Waste of time and money!!

Thought I would treat My parents to a lovely time. It was after all their 25th Anniversary.
Upon our agreement via email they told me the cost for x2 full body massages with x2 Scalp massages was R 1280. When I went to pay they charged me R 1660. No explanation.
Then while my parents were getting their full body massage the therapists disappeared without saying anything. 20 minutes later the receptionist came up and said that their treatments are done.
What kind of service is that?
They never received their Scalp massages.
